Job summary

You will gather requirements, ensure data integrity and system integration with CRM and BI tools, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver efficient processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years supporting ERP/MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP Financials and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user, server, and application support.
• Lead ERP/MES requirements gathering, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Dynamics CRM.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
