Carilion Clinic seeks an ERP Manager (Workday) to lead the Workday environment across HCM, Financial, and Supply Chain domains. The role drives configuration, integrations, testing, releases, upgrades, and governance with IT and business stakeholders in a decentralized model.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Workday experience, proven leadership, and a Workday Pro certification. An onsite preference exists with remote/hybrid options for select states.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience with Workday or comparable ERP environment.
• Workday Pro certification or advanced Workday training in one or more areas is required.

The role is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, enhancement, optimization, and reliability of Workday applications and integrations. Partners with the Senior Director, ERP, functional leaders, Information Technology, and vendors to execute ERP priorities, support effective governance, and promote consistent service management practices.The Manager, ERP - Workday* Leads staff management activities including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and development planning.* Provides day-to-day operational leadership for assigned Workday applications, integrations, and support resources.
