Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking an IT Program Management Lead to drive strategic IT initiatives aligned with business goals. You will report to the Director IT Business Partner and operate from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement to onboard and align teams.
You will oversee ERP, SAP, S4 HANA, SFDC and CPQ programs, lead change management, and deliver measurable business value through technology-enabled transformation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT program management and transformation.
- Hands-on ERP, commercial and digital tech experience incl. SAP, S4 HANA, Salesforce, CPQ.
- Minimum 3 years of leading IT projects and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and align IT with business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, commercial and digital initiatives including AI and data analytics.
- Drive adoption of new processes and technologies with sustainable impact.
- Translate business needs into IT roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Engage senior stakeholders and guide transformation with clear governance.
