HANWHA Q CELLS USA INC in Dalton, GA is seeking an SAP Technician/Floater to ensure timely movement of inventory between the 3rd party logistics stock room and production floor. The role requires ERP experience, solid Excel skills, and accurate inventory handling.

The position involves coordinating with management, maintaining records, and allotting lead times for materials while adhering to company policies. Some shifts may include weekends or nights.

Formación

• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive technical knowledge of inventory management and controls best practices.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP systems.
• Disciplined to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
• Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills.
• Able to work irregular hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Move materials from backstock to production floor as requested by management.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Relay order information to 3rd party vendor staff accurately.
• Enter high-volume manufacturing data.
• Schedule and maintain lead times for materials.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and non-verbally.
• Assist inventory control systems and warehouse functions to maintain data accuracy.
• Review inventory activities and deletions; apply changes.
• Notify management of stock issues and place product orders as needed.
• Adhere to Hanwha Q CELLS policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
• Cover production floor absences due to call-outs or vacations.
