Job summary

Navan is seeking an ERP Integrations Architect to lead techno-functional strategy for integrating Navan Expense with ERP systems, external apps, and vendors. You will analyze business processes, conduct gap analysis, and design scalable, secure integrations across financial, supply chain, and HR domains.

You will design end-to-end integration solutions (EAI/ETL) using MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, and other platforms, while ensuring data alignment and a robust security posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with ERP integration leadership
• Deep understanding of core ERP financial, supply chain, and HR modules and their inherent integration capabilities
• Strong proficiency in integration middleware and cloud platforms from a strategic perspective
• Deep expertise in modern integration patterns (API-led, Event-Driven, Microservices, SFTP) and data formats (SQL, XML/JSON)
• Experience with OAuth, SSO, and data encryption standards within ERP ecosystems
• Excellent ability to explain complex tech to executives and translate business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of end-to-end ERP integrations (EAI/ETL) across customer ERP systems and third-party vendors
• Define integration roadmap, APIs and patterns, ensuring a single source of truth for critical data
• Provide technical and functional guidance to implementation teams and consultants
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement robust error handling and recovery logic
• Collaborate with Expense Consultants, Implementation Managers, and Executives to meet business objectives
