Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u in Chicago, IL seeks an Inventory Ops Project Specialist (ERP Integration) to collaborate across functions, document requirements, and help drive ERP integration through milestones and meetings.

You will manage inventory operations tasks, transfers, adjustments, and reporting; require 3-4 years in inventory operations project management, strong Excel skills, and experience with Dynamics GP or Oracle and Confluence; onsite weekly in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in inventory operations project management.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (phone, email, meetings).
• Proficient MS Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with Dynamics GP or Oracle and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external team members to understand and document process requirements.
• Track project/program progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Inventory operations tasks and ERP transactions as needed – transfers, adjustments, document creation, reverse logistics, reporting.
• Other duties and projects as assigned
