Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking an ERP Technical Lead to steer a large-scale M&A integration program, overseeing ERP workstreams, data migration, and system integration across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud ERP.

You will partner with program management, architecture, and IT teams, lead SAP-to-Oracle migrations, ensure governance and security, and deliver Day One readiness and post-go-live stability.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of ERP implementation, support, or integration experience.
• 5+ years leading ERP technical teams and large-scale programs.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP platforms (EBS and/or Cloud) and ERP migrations from SAP to Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP technical activities for acquisition and enterprise integration from due diligence through post Day One stabilization.
• Develop and execute ERP integration strategies aligned with timelines and synergy objectives.
• Assess systems, architecture, data, interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
• Coordinate with Integration Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data Management teams.
• Drive technical standards, governance, and best practices within the integration program.
