Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementation across cross-functional teams, bridging Solution Architects with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering. This role is hybrid, based in Santa Clara, CA, or Austin, TX.

You will define scope, milestones, and governance; manage external consultants; coordinate stakeholders; and leverage AI-powered tools to capture decisions and produce weekly status reports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex ERP implementations (NetSuite or SAP preferred).
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Strong interpersonal communicator who influences and aligns cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate technical discussions into clear, actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance for the ERP implementation.
• Manage external consultants and ensure adherence to statements of work.
• Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade, Infosec, Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• Use AI-powered tools to capture decisions and produce weekly status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality.
