Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Project Manager to lead a hybrid ERP implementation, bridging Solution Architects with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade, Infosec, and Engineering to keep the program aligned and moving forward.

The role is a 12-month contract, based in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX, with compensation ranging from $100k to $500k and exposure to AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Led ERP implementations such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong interpersonal communicator able to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance for the ERP implementation.
• Manage external consultants and ensure adherence to statements of work.
• Coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade, Infosec, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Use AI-powered tools to capture decisions, track actions, and produce weekly status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
