You will guide sessions, perform gap analyses, and configure software to meet business needs, ensuring successful go-lives and ongoing value.

Travel across the U.S. and Canada is required, roughly 25% of the time, with potential increases during key phases. Strong ERP experience and consulting background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP experience and strong product knowledge.
• Experience in software implementation or consulting.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly to users at varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows in client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer sessions to identify and document business initiatives and requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and document reporting/data analytics needs.
• Configure Deacom ERP and design solutions to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate data migration and pre‑go‑live readiness.
• Travel to the US/Canada for projects (avg 25%, up to 50% during key phases).
