Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a motivated ERP specialist to join NAM_ORC in the NAM unit. In this role, you will participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and assist in validating ERP specifications to align with business objectives and capabilities.

You will contribute to solution architecture, customize ERP modules, develop and integrate new features, and support system integration efforts, ensuring data flow and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• End-to-end ERP customization and implementation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands-on coding experience with ERP components.
• Collaborative cross-functional communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
