Ampcus Inc is seeking a highly motivated software professional to join our NAM_ORC team in a hands-on coding role. You will contribute to requirements elicitation, help design and implement new features, and maintain application stability in production environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, and develop training and support materials to ensure smooth transitions to new software applications.

Qualifications

• End-to-end SDLC experience from requirements to implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into development tasks.
• Hands-on design and coding experience.
• Proactive testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to elicitation of requirements and document business needs.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions for the tech team.
• Code, integrate features, and maintain system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop training materials and support frameworks for new apps.
• Participate in resolving production issues and improve reliability.
• Maintain records of code, tests, and support activities.
