Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a major Tier-1 cloud ERP implementation in Dallas. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping current and future processes, and shaping the ERP solution to meet operational goals.
You will drive as-is/to-be analyses, write user stories, and ensure readiness for UAT across Finance, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash domains. 4 days/week in the office, permanent, salary around 125k USD.
Qualifications
- Experience with large enterprise ERP projects.
- Strong experience in finance, supply chain, procurement, or order-to-cash processes.
- Experience coordinating with SI partners and tech vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders.
- Create as-is/to-be process maps.
- Develop user stories for ERP implementation.
- Support UAT and business readiness activities.
