Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver end-user and super-user training for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Materials Management as part of an enterprise transformation.

You will partner with business leads, consultants, and project teams to ensure users are ready to operate SAP-enabled processes, while producing engaging materials and measuring adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, education, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP training experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user and super-user training for Finance, MM, and related SAP modules.
• Create instructor-led materials, job aids, e-learning content, and simulations.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions; support Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Monitor learner progress, assess competency, and drive adoption during go-live.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, consultants, and change management teams to align content with business needs.
• Support UAT and assist with change management communications.

ERP Functional Trainer - FinanceTHE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLWe are seeking an experienced Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive end-user and super-user training in support of Finance Processes. Initially the focus will be on delivering SAP S/4 Finance and Materials Management as part of an enterprise-wide transformation program. Over time however the scope of training will increase to include all facets required to successfully enable Finance, Procurement and Inventory Management processes for Sciens.
