Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to document requirements.
• Perform system setup, validation, and testing.
• Create test scenarios, test scripts, and validate functional flows.
• Prepare end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Provide hyper-care / go-live support.
