Job Description

Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct others responsible for development. Work with groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities including new development, maintenance, and production support activities. Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development. Responsible for project monitoring and control for assigned modules or systems. Serve as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and problem analysis, issue tracking and resolution. Improve process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency. Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, to understand customer needs. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the ERP systems. Support the ERP applications team with related tasks and collaborate with vendor and internal support teams to ensure the seamless operation of the ERP system.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, Sr. Software Engineer, Senior Consultant, or related occupation. Requires experience with the following skills: Implementation and support of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles, including the Drop Ship process; Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iReceivables, iExpenses, and eBTax; Fusion Accounting Hub, Vertex, and Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) modules in Oracle EBS R12; OAF, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Forms; Designing, creating, and maintaining financial interfaces between internal and external sources, and integrating financial applications, including CyberSource for Credit Cards payments, DNB for credit analysis, Vertex for tax calculations, Bill Trust for ACH Payment’s and treasury applications for Bank integration; Providing end-user support, including troubleshooting issues, user training and coordinating with business users and external partners; and Gathering business requirements, translating business requirements into effective software solutions in coordination with the CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) team.

We are offering a salary of $144,541 to $158,995 per year.
