Job Description Summary

The ERP Finance Lead will be the central point of contact for development progress (including technical, functional and training documentation) of all Finance issues, on-going projects’ related finance changes, and enhancements (specifically for: Project Accounting, Cost Management, Project Costing, GL, AR, AP, Payments, Tax, Fixed Asset, Cash Management and project manufacturing modules in the company's core ERP). Directly responsible for providing bug fixes to resolve open ERP’s Finance related issues (including FCCS) as well as proposing/implementing future solutions for finance operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Be the ERP technical leader for: Project Accounting, Cost Management, Project Costing, GL, AR, AP, Payments, Tax, Fixed Asset, Cash Management and project manufacturing modules in the company's core ERP
  2. Work with business functions to gather requirements to understand requirements and review the technical feasibility of business solutions
  3. Manage all technical development for enhancements (reports, customizations, extensions, integrations) and bug fixes for finance modules of Oracle e-business suite
  4. Manage all technical ERP finance integrations
  5. Manage the relevant ERP Master Data and their related management processes
  6. Consult ERP DT Leader on ERP “best practices” process implementation and drive end-to-end process implementation or improvements initiatives (design, test & deploy)
  7. Responsible for technical solution design, demos from both standard solution sets and customized solutions
  8. Learn & Develop functional proficiency with the different modules of Oracle E-business Suite and other tools used with ERP
  9. Provide L1 and L2 end user support from root cause analysis through resolution with both onsite and offshore support resources
  10. Promote user adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing and training
  11. Responsible for proactive action regarding system updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs/BPOs on existing or new technical ERP functionality
  12. Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to maximize the use of Oracle throughout the organization
  13. Participate in providing solutions for daily production issues or for any other maintenance activities which might also involve change management process
  14. Test and document code updates. Implement robust testing systems & process which include unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or Information Systems related fields (Master’s in science or business, preferred)
  2. 5+ years of related business and/or IT experience
  3. 4+ years of business analyst experience
  4. 3+ years of Oracle EBS Finance modules
  5. At least 1 Full Cycle Oracle R12 or R11 ERP implementation experience
  6. Expertise in Project Accounting, Cost Management, Project Costing, GL, AR, AP, Payments, Tax, Fixed Asset, Cash Management and project manufacturing modules of Oracle EBS

Desired Characteristics

  1. Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development
  2. Knowledge of Cloud integration middleware products such as: Dell-Boomi, Webmethods, SFTP etc.
  3. Knowledge of the Security architecture (roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)
  4. Code version management tools
  5. Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  6. Understanding of IT Change Management practices and ERP Life Cycle Management
  7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  8. Ability to travel up to 10%

Rôles et responsabilités

  1. Assumer le rôle de responsable technique ERP pour les modules suivants : Comptabilité de projet, Gestion des coûts, Coûts de projet, Comptabilité générale, Comptabilité clients, Comptabilité fournisseurs, Paiements, Impôts, Immobilisations, Gestion de trésorerie et Fabrication, dans le système ERP de l'entreprise
  2. Travailler avec les services commerciaux pour recueillir les besoins, comprendre les exigences et examiner la faisabilité technique des solutions commerciales
  3. Gérer tout le développement technique pour les améliorations (rapports, personnalisations, extensions, intégrations) et les corrections de bugs pour les modules financiers de la suite Oracle e-business
  4. Gérer toutes les intégrations financières dans les ERP
  5. Gérer les données de référence dans les ERP et les processus de gestion associés
  6. Consulter le Responsable DT ERP sur la mise en œuvre des « bonnes pratiques » en matière de processus et conduire des initiatives d'implémentation ou d'amélioration de processus de bout en bout (conception, test et déploiement)
  7. Superviser la conception des solutions techniques et les démonstrations, pour les solutions standard et personnalisées
  8. Monter en compétence et développer sa maîtrise des modules de chaîne d'approvisionnement de la suite Oracle E-business et d'autres outils utilisés avec les ERP
  9. Fournir un support utilisateur de niveau 1 et 2, depuis l'analyse des causes premières jusqu’à la résolution, avec des ressources de support sur site et extérieures
  10. Promouvoir l'adoption par les utilisateurs en organisant des tests d'acceptation et des formations
  11. Réaliser des actions proactives concernant les mises à jour, y compris la recherche des problèmes connus, le test des principaux processus et la formation des SME/BPO sur les fonctionnalités existantes ou nouvelles des ERP
  12. Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'optimisation pour maximiser l'utilisation d'Oracle dans toute l'organisation
  13. Participer à la recherche de solutions pour les problèmes de production quotidiens ou pour toute autre activité de maintenance, pouvant également impliquer le processus de gestion du changement
  14. Tester et documenter les mises à jour du code ; mettre en place des systèmes et des processus de test robustes, comprenant des tests unitaires, des tests d'intégration, des tests de régression, des tests de performance, des tests de capacité et des revues de qualité

Qualifications Requises

  1. BAC+3 dans un domaine lié au commerce ou aux systèmes d'information (Master en sciences ou en commerce, de préférence)
  2. Expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine commercial et/ou en informatique
  3. Solide expérience dans le domaine de l'analyse stratégique
  4. Expérience avérée des modules financiers d’Oracle EBS
  5. Expérience de la mise en œuvre d’un ERP (Oracle R12 ou R11), sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie

Qualifications Souhaitées

  1. Oracle PL/SQL et développement SQL
  2. Connaissance des produits middleware d'intégration Cloud tels que : Dell-Boomi, Webmethods, SFTP, etc.
  3. Connaissance de l'architecture de sécurité (rôles, privilèges, hiérarchie, etc.)
  4. Outils de gestion des versions de code
