Qualifications

• At least 10 years of BA experience.
• 5+ years in ERP process environments.
• Experience with ERP domains: AP, Expenses, Purchasing, GL.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate capturing as-is processes with Visio swim-lane diagrams.
• Collect input from multiple stakeholders to document as-is processes.
• Document high-level as-is flows and requirements.
• Obtain sign-offs on process maps and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to fill gaps and add context.
• Analyze data using People Query and Oracle SQL.
• Ensure templates and repository storage for BA artifacts.
• Produce BA artifacts and support status reporting.
