Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking an ERP Analyst to support and grow our Envision team, acting as the primary resource for the Envision module. You will analyze business needs, document requirements, and drive system enhancements and training across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ERP/manufacturing experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP, manufacturing, or order management experience.
• Experience documenting technical processes and SOPs.
• Experience developing and delivering system training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional resource for the Envision module.
• Develop and maintain understanding of Envision functionality and business processes.
• Provide day-to-day system support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, developers, and vendors to implement enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new initiatives.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Develop system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Lead user acceptance testing and validate new functionality.
