Job summary

Hyundai Mobis seeks an ERP Operations Support professional to serve as the primary resource for SCM (MM) operations across Hyundai MOBISSAV entities. The role coordinates ERP issues regionally in the Americas, deploying HQ-led initiatives and facilitating cross-entity best practices.

The candidate will lead new site ERP implementations, manage project plans and collaborate with IT and external partners to drive SAP ERP/MM deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and SCM processes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ERP SCM processes and programs with basic debugging skills.
• Experience with SAP MM modules and ERP project execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and support prioritization of ERP issues across U.S. entities.
• Lead ERP implementation for new entities/plants in the U.S. and manage project plans.
• Support SCM operations (MM Module) for SAV Entities and coordinate with IT and external partners.

Overview

This position serves as the primary support resource for SCM (MM) operations at Hyundai MOBISSAV Entities.The role also supports ERP operations across the Americas by coordinating and resolving ERP issues across U.S. entities, deploying HQ-led ERP initiatives throughout the region,facilitatingcross-entity best practice sharing, andparticipatingin new site implementations and system projects.

Responsibilities

Regional ERP Operations Support & Issue Management

• Consolidate, analyze, and support prioritization of ERP issues across U.S. entities


• Deploy HQ-driven ERP initiatives across the region


• Identifyand replicate best practices across Americas entities

New ERP Implementation & Project Leadership

• Lead ERP implementation for new entities/plants in U.S.


• Lead next-generation ERP conversion/implementation project


• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables


• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners for implementation

SAVERP Operation Support & Coordination

• Support SCM operations(Mainly MM Module)forSAV Entities (MSV/MNAe)
