The role requires a degree in accounting/finance with 2 years in finance-related fields. Experience with ERP systems is preferred; strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 2 years in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting ERP or financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support financial systems for planning, reporting, and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial systems data and prepare reports for operations and decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to identify system requirements and support solutions.
• Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for improvements in systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user instructions.
• Test and validate system releases and new functionality against requirements.
• Assist in planning and implementing approved system changes; liaise between users and technical teams.
• Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
