Technical Recruiting Manager at Open Systems Technologies

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. The position involves at least 6 months of consulting, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. Candidates must reside in PA, NJ, DE, or MD. This is a remote role. Only USC/GC holders will be considered.

Our client is seeking two senior-level WFM (Workforce Management) Developers and one senior-level Cloud Suite developer. The focus is on Infor CloudSuite resources to assist with the build-out as we acquire other health systems and merge operational systems. The project duration is currently estimated at 6 years. Responsibilities include participation in build, support, post-implementation enhancements, and operations. The WFM roles require deep expertise in multiple WFM tools, including scheduling, accruals, and reporting. The Cloud Suite role requires experience with the company's ERP/HCM platform.

• Experience with WFM/Workbrain time & attendance modules and familiarity with GHR/FSM
• Experience with tools such as IPA, Configuration Console, and File Creation Utility. Optional: Birst, ION, Columnar, Data Replication, Data Lake/Data Fabric

Regarding Configuration Console and IPA—candidates should have balanced experience in both areas, understanding their differences and benefits. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a developer background.
