Job summary

gategroup in Los Angeles is seeking an ERP Data Coordinator to manage BOM data in ERP, support MRP processes, and bridge purchasing and production. This full-time role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, coordinating inventory activities, and ensuring ERP system integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in purchasing with ERP/BOM experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or GED; college degree a plus.
• Work Experience: 2-5 years in purchasing; ERP data management experience a plus.
• Technical: Understanding of material management processes; basic Excel; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials substitution checking process.
• Generate daily exception reports and scrub/update in system.
• Serve as unit's point of contact for master data changes and vendor requests.
• Coordinate ERP-related physical inventory and month-end activities.
• Submit ERP user ID requests for approval.
• Create buyer IOR worksheets and review price variances weekly.
• Cross-train staff on ERP-related purchasing functions.
• Ensure weekly forecast runs and data accuracy for flight schedule/menu changes.
• Assist ERP receiver with daily material transfers in ERP.
