Job summary

ERP Advisors Group is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to move and transform legacy data into ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft BC, and Acumatica. The role is client-facing, requiring strong SQL and data transformation skills.

You will work hybrid in Colorado, join a growing advisory firm, and benefit from training and a clear career path. Five-minute onboarding and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Two to four years experience with SQL Server or MySQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and other application development frameworks.
• Experience with major ERP platforms (NetSuite, Microsoft BC, Acumatica, Infor, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Workday) required.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL migration scripts to move data between systems.
• Extract data from legacy systems into structured formats.
• Map source data to target file formats.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data transformation.
• Load data into new ERP systems and validate results.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and IT to align data processes.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and report migration progress.
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
