Site Location: USA – North Carolina – Zebulon.

Business Introduction

We manufacture and supply high‑quality medicines and vaccines, operating 37 production sites worldwide. In 2024, we delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses, supporting patient health globally.

Position Summary

The ERP Data Management Lead assures the accuracy, integrity, and sustainability of master and transactional data for ERP‑integrated planning and execution systems, underpinning scheduling, material flow, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain ERP‑dependent master and transactional data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across systems.

• Establish and lead a structured data governance cadence, defining standards, ownership models, and change controls to support audit readiness.

• Provide mass data updates aligned with planning changes, new product introductions, and system upgrades; act as a data SME for ERP initiatives.

• Mitigate operational risk by preventing data drift and minimizing manual workarounds, protecting planning and execution outputs.

• Coach users and promote standard practices, serving as a center of excellence for ERP data best practices.

• Develop dashboards and reports, preferably with Power BI, to present data insights and trends to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—manufacturing, supply chain, MSAT, and IT—to resolve data challenges and integrate systems.

• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Continuously improve data processes and tools to enhance project efficiency.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• HS Diploma plus 7+ years of relevant data analysis experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, or associate degree plus 5+ years.

• 5+ years of managing ERP master data in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries.

• Experience with at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with scheduling or data management.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS Degree with 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience.

• Experience with PP or PE modules in SAP and with MRP systems.

• Background in pharmaceutical scheduling, manufacturing, or data management.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills with minimal supervision.

• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis, modelling, and reporting.

• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting.

• Hands‑on with Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose innovative solutions for ERP and OMP alignment.

Work Model & Location

The role is hybrid, requiring regular onsite time at the Zebulon facility with remote work. Specific onsite days will be agreed with the hiring manager.
