Job summary

System One Clinical & Science is seeking an IS ERP Analyst on a contract basis in Redmond, WA. You will support BOM and parts data, manage PLM/ERP data, validate data loads, and build reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in data analytics, PLM system experience (Windchill preferred), and strong Excel/SQL skills with effective communication. Hybrid onsite/remote work and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a business environment.
• Experience implementing and configuring PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead/Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material, Parts and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
• Validate and verify data loads into the PLM tool.
• Assist data cleanup and coordinate with IT for PLM/ERP data maintenance.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights and translate findings into actions.
• Document work instructions to support new systems and processes.
