Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an ERP Process Specialist for the Southeast region. You will drive SFDC CPQ/CRM/Logik and SAP S/4HANA adoption across plants, serve as escalation contact, and deliver regional training with Process Excellence materials.

Travel is required to plants across the region, with periodic cross-region support. You will partner with regional leadership and Process Excellence to implement system enhancements and foster knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to facilitate small-group training; formal certification not required.
• Develop knowledge across SFDC and SAP modules (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-produce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SFDC and SAP knowledge contact for all plants in the region.
• Plan and deliver regional training using Process Excellence materials.
• Maintain a regional training log with delivery dates and completion status.
• Apply regional context to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide field intelligence on adoption gaps to Process Excellence.
• Participate in proactive knowledge transfer cadence.

Job Summary

ERP/CRM Process Specialist is a full-time, dedicated role responsible for driving SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), and SAP S/4HANA adoption across an assigned region within the Local Solutions division. This person will serve as the first human escalation point for plant-level system and process issues, deliver regional training using Process Excellence-approved materials, and surface field intelligence that informs system enhancements. The ERP Process Specialist works in close partnership with the regional leadership and reports solid-line to Process Excellence.

Job Location

This position is based within the Southeast Region. The role requires regular travel to plant locations across the region, with periodic cross-region travel as necessary to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik) and SAP S/4HANA knowledge contact for all plants within the assigned region
• Plan and deliver regional training using process maps, SOPs, and instructional content produced by Process Excellence and the OCM team
• Maintain a regional training log documenting delivery dates, audiences, completion status, and identified gaps
• Apply regional context - plant capacity profiles, product mix, and common failure modes - to resolve issues efficiently and completely
• Provide field intelligence on adoption gaps and systemic issues to the Process Excellence team
• Participate in the proactive knowledge transfer cadence coordinated by Process Excellence

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent precast manufacturing systems; combined experience considered
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate small‑group training; formal training certification not required
• Develop and maintain deep working knowledge across all SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to the Local Solutions value stream, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-produce, to serve as a credible and reliable resource for any plant-level process questions within the region
• Familiarity with BOM structure, material classification logic, and STO/cross-location transfers preferred
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
• Respected by regional operations and commercial teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple plant relationships and open issues simultaneously
• Minimum 75% travel expected

• Base salary range of 90,000-115,000 per year
