3+ years of ERP administration, systems analyst, or similar experience within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud ERP platform (NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or Infor CloudSuite).
Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain modules including BOM, MRP, work orders, and shop floor execution.
Experience configuring workflows, custom fields/forms, permissions, and role-based security.
Familiarity with ERP integrations across platforms such as CRM, PLM, CAD, WMS, and BI tools.
Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, or reporting/analytics platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communicator capable of partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Background
ERP platform certifications (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environments.
Familiarity with ITIL, ISO, or structured governance frameworks.
Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
