Job summary

Anoplate is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to develop and maintain system integrations, including ERP components and data extracts. You will act as liaison between operations, vendors, and IT, supporting day-to-day activities and driving integration projects.

The role requires strong problem solving, communication skills, and experience with complex systems integration, reporting, and documentation. Join a family-oriented aerospace/industrial company with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer Science, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of IT experience.
• Experience participating in cross functional teams with project management experience.
• Prior experience with Software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management support with planning and coordination for successful implementation.
• Create program deliverables including documentation, briefings, summaries, pilots, and proofs of concept.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with outside programmers to retrieve data for reports and data extracts.
