Job summary

Synstack Technologies seeks a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Architect in Los Angeles to steer enterprise ERP design and strategy across Financials, SCM, Procurement, PM, and EPM. You will own end-to-end solution design, govern integrations with WMS/TMS/POS, and guide modernization through Oracle Cloud deployments.

You will lead blueprinting, testing, go-live, and hypercare, collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, enterprise applications, or related technology.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules including Financials, SCM, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level Oracle ERP implementations across multiple business areas.
• Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, and project management processes.
• Ability to define and govern Oracle ERP architecture, integration strategies, and deployment standards.
• Strong leadership experience working with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and third-party system integrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, OCI, PL/SQL, APIs, and middleware.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Background in large enterprises, retail, or ecommerce service industries.

Responsibilities
