Role: Oracle Technical Architect
Mandate: Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes
Experience: 11-15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture and design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for Oracle applications, including ERP, databases, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Technical oversight: Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices.
- System integrations: Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle applications and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Performance optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Oracle solutions, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management: Partner with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions.
- Security and compliance: Ensure that Oracle applications and related systems adhere to security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated: Monitor emerging Oracle technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including at least 5 years in an architecture or senior technical role.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Oracle databases, including PLSQL, SQL, performance tuning, and database architecture.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes.
- Experience with Oracle integration technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud ERP.
