Role Overview
This is a great fit for someone who wants to build an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), warehouse and inventory system at a manufacturing company. We are looking for someone who can “bring into reality” a new ERP/WMS system. The plan has already begun and is underway, and it requires to be carried through with execution. If you’ve implemented a manufacturing ERP system before, you’re what we are looking for.
The ERP Administrator will oversee a key operational function of our business. We are migrating from a WMS system (Fishbowl) to an ERP System (Netsuite) – we are in Phase 1 of that process. The initial 3 months of this role will be to lead in our Phase 1 plans. The following nine (9) months, and into the future, the role will improve the ERP functionality and warehouse / inventory processes in a Phase 2 and beyond. This is a “constant improvement” role that will require thought leadership as well as daily, weekly, and monthly operational leadership of a Team of 4-6 direct reports. The role will require a highly organized and analytical person, with the ability to bring vision and conceptual ideas into real world operational working systems. To be successful in the job role the ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Netsuite and ERP systems, together with warehouse and inventory management. Previous implementation of Netsuite is a huge plus for any candidate.
Work schedule- This is an exempt position with a Monday to Friday work schedule. The workday is from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.
General Responsibilities
The Big Eight

2. Directly oversee Project Team Members and third party implementors.
3. Management of project management practices such as planning, organizing, identifying key milestones, communication, deep analysis of KPI’s (key performance indicators) et cetera.
4. Warehouse management with 2 direct reports in that capacity; improve existing functional warehouse system to the next levels in unison with the improvement of the processes and growth into an ERP system.
5. Implement new procedures and help write and author guidelines for all roles associated with ERP system.
6. Identify obsolete parts in the warehouse, organize the transferring to a separate building, and implement a similar inventory slotting plan there.
7. Effective management of the electronic information and organizational structure within Netsuite while working on the physical inventory projects.
8. Adhere to a “continuous improvement” culture and mentality to drive the team to constant warehouse improvement, inventory, and the information in the ERP System.
