Job summary

PEI-Genesis Philadelphia HQ is seeking an experienced ERP specialist to maximize the effectiveness of our Infor M3 platform. You will administer major configurations, enforce security controls, and serve as the in-house expert and escalation point for the product.

Your responsibilities include IDM, ION, MEC integrations, EDI and shipping interfaces, building and troubleshooting workflows, managing user access, and coordinating testing with business owners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ERP experience with 3+ years specifically with Infor.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION (workflows, ION API, ION Desk) and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Experience with REST APIs, SFTP.
• Experience interfacing with multiple systems, vendors, and trading partners; clear communication of requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support document creation and handling using IDM.
• Maintain and update print/output forms and templates in coordination with business owners.
• Ensure the reliable operations of printing functions.
• Primary process owner of system integrations using MEC, ION, IDM (EDI, shipping, bank connections).
• Build, troubleshoot and maintain ION workflows.
• Administer user access and permissions.
• Identify possible solutions for needed integrations and processes.
• Troubleshoot connections, data, and integrations using Infor tools.
• Monitor system performance.
• Manage global configurations, ensuring consistency and traceability.

This individual will add to the effectiveness of the entire organization by help to ensure streamlined usage of our Infor M3 platform. They will administer major configurations, provide change and security controls, and serve as an in-house expert and escalation point for the product.

QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of ERP experience with 3+ years specifically with Infor.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION (workflows, ION API, ION Desk) and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Experience with industry standards including REST APIs, SFTP.
• Experience interfacing with multiple systems, vendors, and trading partners; not just on a technical level. Clearly communicating requirements, challenges, and next steps is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred

• Infor M3 certifications are a plus.
• Experience with an ERP migration is beneficial.

ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support document creation and handling using Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Maintain and update print/output forms and templates in coordination with business owners.
• Ensure the reliable operations of printing functions.
• Primary process owner of system integrations using MEC, ION, IDM. This will include EDI, shipping integrations, bank connections, etc.
• Build, troubleshoot and maintain ION workflows.
• Administer user access and permissions.
• Identify possible solutions for needed integrations and processes.
• Troubleshoot connections, data, and integrations, using Infor tools.
• Monitor system performance.
• Manage global configurations, ensuring consistency and traceability.
• Monitor upcoming releases and manage testing.
• Implement and steward a change management process to document enhancements, integrations, and major configuration changes.
• Participate in incident response, including on-call schedule and after-hours support for major incidents.

TECHNICAL & MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES:

• Configure and support many elements enhancing the PEI Genesis ERP system. Including: ION, MEC, IDM
• Serve as an expert regarding Infor M3. This will include evaluating solutions/problems, as well as teaching and mentoring others.
• Forward looking mindset: focus on the problems of tomorrow, not just today. Scalability is necessary for growth.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with an open mind, synthesizing data and signals from multiple vendors, systems, and processes.
