Qualifications

• ERISA litigation experience, ideally class actions involving retirement plans.
• Strong writing skills and ability to handle complex statutory and regulatory issues.
• Experience at a large firm or litigation-forward practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Litigate ERISA class actions from pleadings through discovery and dispositive motions
• Work on excessive fee litigation and fiduciary duty claims involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans
• Partner closely with senior litigators on strategy, expert development, and motion practice
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams on matters that regularly draw national attention
