Erie Home is hiring Basement Waterproofing Laborers to join a crew of 4–5, performing practical waterproofing tasks around basements to protect homeowners. This role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and teamwork.

Weekly pay starts at $20/hour, with full medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a 401(k) with company match and more. Candidates should be able to lift 65 lbs, work 7 AM–5 PM, and have experience in construction or related labor.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive a Dump Truck is a plus.
• Able to lift 65 lbs and crawl into tight spaces.
• Comfortable getting dirty and using heavy tools.

Responsibilities

Starting Pay: $20/HR | Weekly Pay

Are you someone who likes working with your hands, being part of a solid crew, and getting the job done right? At Erie Home, we’re looking for crew members to join our Basement Waterproofing Team. This is real work with real rewards. No suits, no desk, just solid teamwork and honest pay.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work on a team of 4–5 people led by on-site leadership


• Install industry-best waterproofing systems that protect homeowners from flooding and mold


• Drill around basement perimeters and set up drain tile systems, while fostering a safe work environment


• Haul rock, gravel, and debris in 65 lb. buckets (yep, it’s physical)


• Crawl into tight spaces and make them watertight
