Job summary

Erie Home is hiring Basement Waterproofing Laborers in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $20/hr with weekly pay and full benefits. Expect a hands-on role installing waterproofing systems, moving materials, and working in crawl spaces to protect homes from flooding and mold.

You will join a crew of 4–5, with on-site leadership, and be part of a company that values internal promotion and employee benefits. This is a physical, safety-conscious position with steady hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or any general labor.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Able to lift 65 lbs, climb stairs, and use heavy tools.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Starting Pay: $20/HR | Weekly Pay

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work on a team of 4–5 people led by on-site leadership
• Install industry-best waterproofing systems that protect homeowners from flooding and mold
• Drill around basement perimeters and set up drain tile systems, while fostering a safe work environment
• Haul rock, gravel, and debris in 65 lb. buckets (yep, it’s physical)
• Crawl into tight spaces and make them watertight

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
• Valid driver’s license with the willingness to drive a Dump Truck is a plus
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or any general labor
• Comfortable getting a little dirty and squeezing into crawl spaces
• Can lift 65 lbs. and climb stairs without an issue
• Able to use of heavy tools
