Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Ergonomics Specialist for our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. Working Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, you will identify ergonomic hazards, assess risks, and develop practical improvements for client employees.

You will generate technical reports, conduct trainings, collect data, and advise on workstation layouts. The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and ongoing injury prevention initiatives at the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences (Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, or Physical Engineering) required.
• At least 1 year experience with ergonomic applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess ergonomic hazards in the workplace.
• Work in an embedded client environment.
• Produce technical reports using standard procedures promptly.
• Instruct and/or facilitate training as required.
• Complete data collection and detailed analysis.
• Advise on organization of production lines and workstations.
• Assemble solutions for short and long-term risk reduction.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Interact professionally with diverse clientele.
• Promote safe, healthy, inspired workplace environments.
• May require other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Ergonomics Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30AM - 3:00PM.Help foster a safer, healthier work environment by partnering with team members to reduce ergonomic risks and support injury prevention efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and assess ergonomic hazards in the workplace

• Instruct and/or facilitate training as required
• Complete data collection and detailed analysis
• Advise on the organization of production lines and workstations

• Promote safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments
