Facility Operator

We are seeking a full-time Facility Operator at our Kansas City facility. The ideal candidate will possess good organizational, time management, problem-solving, and housekeeping skills. We value individuals eager to learn and contribute to our team.

Our facility produces high-quality asphalt binder, working in a team environment to ensure production, quality, and logistics. The role involves working in the tank farm, supporting the manufacturing process, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Ergon's culture, safety, and core values.
• Stage packaging containers, fill pails, drums, and totes for shipment.
• Record filling data for inventory verification.
• Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment.
• Set up, operate, and tend equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean work environment and promote safety.
• Foster good relationships with co-workers, customers, and partners.
• Handle hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
