BluePearl Pet Hospital in Olympia, WA is hiring a Relief Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department. This role supports critical care during emergencies and works alongside seasoned technicians to deliver advanced medicine.

Starting pay ranges from $24.50 to $35.21 per hour, with Kahuna leveling and shift differentials for nights and weekends. The position offers comprehensive benefits, continuing education, and opportunities for growth within the Mars Veterinary Health network.

Responsibilities

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines
• Advanced Radiographs
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
• Level 2 & 3 Inpatient Care
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
• Mentor and train other co-workers
