• Maintain supplies and unit records under supervision.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers, including transfers by ground or air transport.
• Maintain patient records and ensure forms are signed and complete.
• Answer calls promptly and relay patient needs to the care team.
• Greet visitors and staff; refer to appropriate departments.
• Restock supplies and keep the unit organized.
• Demonstrate good communication and multitasking abilities.
