Job summary

Roshal Health in Newberry & Shrewsbury, PA is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our ER imaging team. This full-time role includes PRN shifts and opportunities to work across hospital and freestanding facilities.

The ideal candidate has ARDMS RDMS certification and at least 1 year of post-graduate experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently in a busy setting. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (Abd or OB preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Able to meet hospital health requirements (drug screen, background).
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB, and vascular scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies per accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Coordinate arrival times and timely facility communication.
• Follow safety standards for equipment operation.
• Keep accurate records and files as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
