Job summary

Roshal Health in Radcliff, KY is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound studies in an ER environment across hospital and free-standing facilities. This full-time role also offers PRN opportunities and a culture focused on work/life balance.

You will require at least 1 year post-graduate ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification (OB/Ab preferred), a valid driver's license, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• ARDMS RDMS certification – OB or Abdominal preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & vascular scans/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
