Roshal Health seeks an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN assignments in Pittsburgh, PA. The role offers opportunities across hospital and free-standing facilities with a focus on diverse ER imaging in a national network that supports local and travel work.

Requirements include 1+ year post-grad ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification, valid driver’s license, and BLS/CPR. Excellent communication and independent work skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• ARDMS RDMS certification (Abd or OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB and vascular scans.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and apps.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies per accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records and files as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
