Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Sarasota, FL on a PRN basis. The role involves performing ultrasound studies across abdominal, OB, and vascular work in ER settings, with daily variety and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
• Valid Driver's License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB & vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
