Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, MA. The role involves delivering rapid-response emergency care in a high-paced ED, with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival in the ED.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
