Job summary

Medefis is placing an experienced ER travel nurse in Springfield, MA for a 13-week assignment with the hospital. You will support a high-acuity ED, covering 12-hour shifts, with on-site educators and rapid-response support.

Ideal candidates have MA RN licensure, 2+ years in adult ER, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC; CEN is a plus. Weekly pay and housing stipends help you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license with 2+ years of adult ER experience in a high-acuity ED.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC current; CEN preferred.
• Ability to independently run codes, manage vents, and titrate pressors.

Responsibilities

• Triage and stabilize high-acuity patients per protocol.
• Independently manage 4–6 acute patients per shift.
• Document real-time, audit-ready notes in Epic.
• Float within the ED and support staffing needs.
