Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Travel Nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Silverdale, WA. This ED RN position requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and ER-specific certifications. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Ideal candidates bring strong triage, documentation and bedside care skills, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful clinical setting and to relate well to patients of diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience in an emergency setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications preferred.
• Travel RN with ER experience and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care according to physician instructions.
• Perform basic bedside care and IV therapy as required.
• Clean wounds, monitor vitals and maintain supplies.
• Document medical history and allergies; report concerns to supervisors.
• Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
