Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift. You will perform patient care duties, assist with daily living activities, and support timely admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, and a current BLS CPR certification. CNA/EMT or related credentials are either needed or in progress as per policy. The pay range is posted and benefits are extensive.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Rounds with previous shift staff to receive report on care given to patients.
• Delivers care using the mission, vision, and value statements, incorporating patient-centric behaviors daily.
• Promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Provides care to patients in accordance with standards of care, including assistance with hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living.
