Qualifications

• Minimum one-year emergency/urgent care/nursing assistant experience required or college education equivalent.
• Maintains BCLS certification.
• EMT licensure preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to evaluate the criticality of patient needs.
• Must possess superior customer relation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision, including comfort measures and procedural assistance.
• Coordinates patient flow and performs clerical tasks to support unit operations.
