Description:

The Nursing Support (NS) colleague (uncertified, certified, unlicensed, or licensed) provides safe, quality healthcare services and/or assistance to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse or other designated healthcare professional, in accordance with their level of experience, education, policies, and procedures.

Requires one of the following:

  1. Previous experience
  2. Medical Assistant (MA)
  3. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
  4. Completion of clinical rotations in a Nursing Program
